[faqitem question=”Do you supply a stand?”]Yes, we supply a display stand free of charge. These stands remain the property of Libra (UK) Jewellery Ltd / Mermaids. The stand will remain in your possession as long as you can continue to purchase the stock from us. Our stands are for the display of Mermaids products only.[/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”How often do you refill a stand?”]Our reps will refill your stands normally every 6-8 weeks, depending on the quickness of the sale of the products and the foot flow of customers through your shop. [/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”Will a refill be all new stock?”]Not always. The stands are tailored to meet the demands of your customers. We will generally repeat basic lines, such as hair elastics & hair grips leaving you with a well-balanced display covering all categories of hair accessories.[/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”Can I phone you if I need stock before a rep is due to come back to us?”]Yes, if your stand is looking empty and requires a re-fill you can contact the office on 024 7645 6990 or alternatively contact your representative direct. We would ask that a refill will be a minimum of 25 dozen items.
We may on occasion agree to post stock to you at a minimum quantity of 25 dozen items in such incidents as holiday, illness etc. This will be at our discretion.[/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”How long does it take to refill a stand?”]We try to allow on average an hour per customer. [/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”If I purchase a new stand and it doesn’t sell, do I get my money back?”]No, stock is supplied on a no sale or return basis.[/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”How do I pay for the stock?”]Payment for new stands is cash on delivery. Credit may be allowed and this will be at our discretion.[/faqitem]
[faqitem question=”Do you have a minimum quantity re-order for hair accessories?”]We generally like to replenish a stand with a minimum of 25 dozen items, however if your representative is in the area servicing shops then they may replenish with a smaller quantity, however this is at the representatives discretion[/faqitem]
